moolah!

Filed under: finances — journeys @ 9:36 am

It’s BER months already! It’s the start of countdown to Christmas! Hehehe!

Oh well. I better get serious with my blogging again to keep up with google’s page rank demotions. The months when my blogs had pagerank 2-3 were really great. And now, I only have one blog with pagerank 1. That’s terrible! My earnings really went down. Anyway, I know I can easily fix that and just start putting up more blogs and writing posts more frequently. That’s what I’m doing now. I hope I get to sustain it. It’s really easy money once you have your own system already. I know I can do it, I just have to fight my terrible habit of procrastinating since that usually screw things up. I’m looking forward to christmas season with lots of moolah on hand!

Well, one really needs to know the tricks of the trade in order to decrease the probability of loss and be able to take advantage of the probability of earning more with your investments.

buy a house

Don’t lose hope if you have bad credit and want to buy a house. You can still buy that house that you want. You can still apply for a mortgage loan and get approved despite your bad credit. Visit advantagehomerates.com where you can get a quotation and apply in their site. It’s great to have options like this so I suggest that you take advantage of it.

Me and my sweetie do sometimes talk about where we can possibly live when we’re married already. We both want a real house rather than a condo but we’re not closing our doors yet. Maybe if we find the perfect place we can call our home even if it’s just a condo unit, then we just might take it. It’s great that there are a lot of financial help that you can apply for so it wouldn’t hurt your savings too much.

investing

Filed under: finances — journeys @ 8:09 am

Until now, I’m still procrastinating making some investments. Well, it’s much easier to invest when you actually have lots of money to invest! Hahaha! If you only have a couple of spare money, it’s harder to have a diversified portfolio. Anyway, I’m just checking out futures trading for some investment opportunities. I know there are lots of better place to put your money besides the bank, I just hope I make the right decisions.

How much do you earn? How much do you save every month? Or do you even get to save or is your pay check just enough to make ends meet? How’s your savings accounts? I know times are tough. I hope we all get to survive these crises. We all want to save up for a great future and be able to go on trips and small vacations and have that retirement budget that we all want. We just really have to all work harder and save more and invest more.
